We’re very concern about customer’s details as we’re customers just like you. Your details will be not sale/rent/distributed to any third party agencies. Your private data will be kept securely.

No, we will not. All payments will be processed through Paypal or Stripe payment gateway and not on our store. This is to protect our customer’s payment details from hijacked.

No at the moment. But if you like to pay using a credit card, Paypal and Stripe have the option for that.

We’re using Paypal and Stripe as both of them reliable, secure and convenient. 

Mostly ePacket, since it’s reliable and has a good rating from our past experiences. Depending on your location, some countries does not support ePacket service. So, we will use a Standard Courier Delivery.

Usually, we will process customer’s orders within 24hours. 2-5 days then required for product quality checking and packaging. Just after that, your item will be shipped out. 

We will provide a tracking code after payment completed. Tracking code will be sent via email together with the purchased item details. Go to our Track & Trace page, fill in the box with the given tracking code and hit “Track” button. If that does not work, please send an email to us with your order number. We will check it for you.

Don’t panic. Usually, the system will update a new tracking code within 24-48 hours. Please wait for several days after you received the tracking code. But please let us know if you need help to track your items.

Usually 2-4 weeks in the United States excluding public holidays. Other countries may longer depending your location. Kindly check our Shipping & Delivery page for more info.

Please contact us as soon possible before 24hours after payment made so that we can inform the supplier. There’s no guarantee it will works, but we will try our best to make it happen. 

In each of product page, we’ve put a note to remind customer to pick the right size/color/style before place an order. So the answer is NO.

Unfortunately, you’re not allowed to do that. In our policy, customer can’t cancel any purchase after order has been placed. Make sure to think twice before make a purchase.

Sometimes, it has been arrived at your local post office but it never posted out because of incomplete address. Make sure to provide a reachable address so there will be no problem in future. If that not the case, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check it for you.

In few cases, item broken due to bad handling while it shipped. If that’s happened to you, please email us with pictures of products. DO NOT send the item back before you inform us about the problem. We will not responsible if item lost.

No question asked. 100% money guaranteed if you’re not satisfied with the purchased product. Kindly send back the product to us (buyer to bear the return shipping fee). A refund will be reimbursed once item received in good condition.
